Wonderful stay with excellent service

All the staff were polite and helpful. They provided clear directions when I needed them (very thankful!). The room matched the pictures shown online. It was spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well each night.

The decor in the room was a little old.

lovely stay

easy access late arrival

I appreciated the hotel's location. It allowed easy access to major landmarks. the staff showed courtesy and attentiveness. the provided breakfast met my expectations, a nice touch to begin the day. the hotel accommodated a late arrival through self check-in. This minimized stress on my arrival.

The tv screen was tiny. It detracted from my viewing experience. an additional luggage rack would have proven useful because floor space seemed limited. i needed to manage luggage more efficiently.

the hotel provided quick access to the ferry terminal, only a 30-second walk. transportation to different parts was very convenient. major landmarks are a short walk away, taking just five minutes to reach.

misleading pictures thin walls

the staff helped us with ferries and personally showed us to the room. i liked that.

the hotel seemed dated. the pictures online were misleading and didn't reflect the actual condition. the walls were thin and i could hear everything! water got all over the bathroom when i showered, it was annoying, and i felt the price didn't match the quality. it was frustrating.

i was thrilled with my room upgrade to the fourth floor. the terrace had amazing views overlooking the lagoon.. it was spacious and comfortable. annalisa at reception was kind, offering helpful tips throughout my stay.

the hotel generally needs money spent to bring it back to a good standard. i observed that the decor and carpets, though clean, showed wear with chipped tiles and stained carpets. some areas even lacked lampshades, a bit disappointing.

poor drainage mosquito problem

The location was convenient. It was close to major attractions.

The ROOM was a HUGE disappointment. the shower didn't drain properly. Water pooled up after a few minutes. also, i found several mosquitoes in the room. Clearly, pest control is needed. it.
